Through your online chat, your staff resolved the issues almost immediately and very graciuosly. In one case I submitted a ticket requesting instructions on how to add awstats to my control panel. I expected a link to somewhere but was surprise when the ticket response said "it's done"...wow!, that's what I call customer service. Please keep it up the good work as your company grows.   • "I have never used a hosting company before IGX so I really did not have anything to base them on, but I have had to use other since for one reason or another and I was shocked. I was shocked at how uncaring lack a daisy way the treated me. It seemed they did not care about helping me out. I wish that I could stop using them and switch all my hosting to IGX but this might take a couple of months to do.

    I have only been with you guys for a couple of months but I have already submitted a few tickets which were answered right away if not with a solution at least with a responds so I know that someone is there and know about my problem. I am new to the hosting and domain aspect of the internet so it is nice to see that someone is there and willing to help me with my stupid little problem. The other company I deal with seams that my problem is to small or an aggravation to them IGX treats them all as being important even thou I know that they are not that they are just one of my bonehead moves.

    before joining IGX I had looked at other companies and found that they were expensive, for a first timer and they seemed complicated as far as getting a domain, go here buy the domain go here get hosting which plan do you want of the 200 to chose from then go here change nameserver, WTF. At least with with you everthing is in one place and simple I have scince upgraded and bought 3 domains and it was all so easy Thanks "
